About Goldman & Loughlin
Law Firm

Goldman & Loughlin has law offices located in Bradenton, Orlando and Naples, Florida. Because immigration laws are federal, rather than state, we are able to assist clients anywhere in the United States. Many of our clients are from foreign countries coming to us by referral or internet.

Our philosophy is simple. We provide ethical and competent legal representation at a reasonable cost. We realize people have to trust you before they will become a client. Our goal is to try to earn that trust by doing what we say we will do, or, in some cases, saying we are not able to help. We believe clients want and deserve to know the truth about their situation.

Goldman & Loughlin is committed to communicating with our clients, either by setting appointments, sending correspondence, or answering telephone calls. And, best of all, we are not “on the clock” every time someone calls. We believe in keeping matters simple by offering a free initial consultation. In that meeting, we promise three things: 1) we will tell you what we can do for you, 2) how much it will cost, and 3) how long the process will take.

Our fees are not open-ended hourly rate charges. Instead, we use flat fee rates so you will know up front what to expect. Legal fees may be paid in a number of ways, including credit or debit cards and payment plans.
